Junction Australia appoints new CEO South Australian community sector leader Junction Australia is pleased to announce that Maria Palumbo has been appointed as CEO, effective from 26 April 2017.
Ms Palumbo brings with her a wealth of experience having been CEO of Common Ground Adelaide Ltd – a provider of housing support services to assist people out of homelessness – and most recently, Director Renewal SA where she worked closely with the community housing sector.
Junction Australia Chair Mike Canny said Maria had an outstanding record of achievement in previous roles making her the perfect fit to lead Junction Australia.
“Maria was chosen following a competitive selection process from a strong field including local and national candidates. She is a highly impressive talent known for her collaborative leadership style, energy and ability to deliver outcomes,” Mr Canny said.
“Our outgoing CEO Graham Brown has established a solid platform for growth with Junction Australia now a one of the largest providers of social housing in South Australia.
