South Australia's public housing tenants $20m in debt

01-Dec-2011 PUBLIC housing tenants owe the SA Housing Trust almost $20 million - $1.7 million more than last year. Many have accrued debt over water costs, higher rents, or repaying damage caused to the properties. The agency's annual report said customer debt rose another consecutive year, to $19.7 million in 2010-11, almost eight per cent higher than the previous year.  Read More...
