05-Jan-2012 A SOCIAL housing development for Gold Coast seniors and pensioners has opened at Palm Beach.The new Gold Coast Highway development was built for older residents in housing stress.Developed by Horizon Housing Company, the project was dedicated to the company co-founder, the late William Small.The building is made up of 23 one-bedroom units and some tenants have started to move in.  Read More...
