NT - Darwin most expensive capital city rent

DARWIN is still the most expensive capital city in which to rent property in Australia. And greedy landlords are to blame, according to an industry expert. The average weekly rent for a house is $550 - $50 more than Sydney and $140 higher than Melbourne. And the average rent for a unit is $460 - sharing top spot with Sydney.
