Go Back06-Feb-2012 Work will begin within weeks on a $230 million project to transform a post-war public housing precinct into a vibrant, modern ‘neighbourhood’ on Brisbane’s southside. The new neighbourhood, bounded by Boundary Road, Breton Street and Troughton Road at Coopers Plains, will eventually have more than 900 new homes, including at least 145 affordable new housing units, new parks and social housing.
