Misson:
To mobilise resources to the NFP Housing Sector and to grow the supply of affordable housing across Australia.
Vision:
- PowerHousing Australia and its Members will be the "premier" organisations that deliver affordable housing across Australia
- We will advocate our members as the premier delivery mechanism in a time of enormous policy and key stakholder change
- We will mobilise government assets, philanthropic funding and our own financial leverage to increase the supply of affordable housing
- We will continue to deliver innovative services to our tennants by building homes that promote participation in healthy, just and inclusive communities.
Aims:
- Be the national one-stop-shop for all players in the affordable housing sector through aggregation of capacity
- Provide information at a senior practitioner level to generate creative, lateral and innovative solutions to grow affordable housing in Australia
- Assist our members to position, grow and maintain strong affordable housing solutions
- Identify & capture business opportunities across all levels to achieve affordable housing growth
